- Drafting agreements and contracts include reviewing, suggesting and negotiating legal contracts as request.
- Provide advice on legal issues which relate to the company business including corporate & commercial law.
- Preparing of Notarization and Legalization by dealing with the Embassies, Consulate or High-level Commissioner and Ministry of Foreign Affair – Legalization Division.
- Providing legal advice and coordinate for:
• Tax issue including tax registration or permission.
• Social Security Welfare issues including employment registration (employer & insured persons)
• Corporate issues including corporate registration.
• BOI certificate, Foreign Business license, Factory license or any other government license.
• Provide any advice of VISA & WORK PERMIT, including to other issues of immigration, taxation and social security fund and involved procedure and conditions
• Dealing with government authorities to submit the applications
• Visa Work permit, Immigration (Strongly request)
- Research on new laws and regulations
- Other tasks assigned.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Law New graduates are welcomed.
- Lawyer's license is required
- Excellent Command of English
- Experience in Consulting, Investment, Business Development, funds, planning strategy or Visa Work permit is an advantage

Job Description:
- Provides legal advice on various type of Visa and Work Permit issues to clients;
- Facilitates end-to-end visa, work permit, and BOI processes, for clients, in accordance with timelines, and legal compliances;
- Prepares relevant applications/supporting documents on visa and work permit;
- Accompanies with clients and assignees regarding the immigration process,
- Liaises and coordinates with officer of the Immigration Bureau, Labor Department, and related government authorities in applying for residence and work permits;

Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degrees in Law or related;
- Thai lawyer's license
- At least 2-years of immigration experiences in law firms, or in-house corporates;
- Good command of spoken and written English, with TOEIC scores of over 750;

Job Description:
1. Corporate
- Provide advices of legal issues which relate to the company law, including corporate registration, business and other government licenses, and taxation;

- Provide advice of Visa and Work Permit matters.
2. IP
- Manage, protect, maintain and enforce marks and designs;
- Carry out national marks and designs searches; and provide legal advices thereon;
- Complete the prescribed procedures for registrations, request of new marks and designs; and handle renewals of marks and designs;
- Draft response to the Office Actions;
- Manage all procedural details of marks and designs registrations locally;
- Negotiate the relevant institution in IP disputes;
3. Others
- Advise clients; and provide legal opinions;
- Research on specific laws and regulations;
- Coordinate with the government authority and responsible officers;
- Hands-on coordination with foreign agents in foreign countries;

Qualification:
- Lao Nationality.
- LL.B. (or) LL.M in Laws from a recognized university or institute.
- Obtained active Advocate License to practice law in Lao from Ministry of Justice (MOJ) and Lao Bar Associate, will be given special consideration.
- At least 1 years of experience in law firm and gained experience in litigation by working on cases involving legal disputes, and court appearances.
- Experienced in corporate and commercial matters will be highly considered.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.

Qualifications
1. Corporate
· Provide advices of legal issues which relate to the Commercial law, including corporate registration, business and other government licenses, and taxation matters;
· Handle agreement and contract matters including reviewing, revision and advices;
· Arrange a drafting for Notarization for lawyers; and Legalization matters on behalf of licensed lawyer;
· Provide advice of Visa and Work Permit matters.
2. IP
· Prepare and file trademark, patent, and design applications with the Department of Intellectual Property;
· Conduct Trademark search;
· Effectively manage process of IP registration, including preparation of documents, correspondence, and reports relating to trademark and patent registration i.e., filing report, publication report, report on issuance of registration certificate, report on office action, status and timeline reminder;
· Draft responses to office actions, including trademark appeals and rejections;
· Monitoring and tracking of key deadlines;
· Liaise with relevant authorities regarding IP prosecution, disputes or enforcement matters;
· Handle general administrative tasks;
· Translating documents from English to Khmer and Khmer to English.
3. Others

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university.

• A minimum of 1 year of legal experience with local and international clients or corporations.
• Conversational level of English and Khmer language (proficiency in other languages is an advantage).
• Admission to the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
