Sasima Jantarajit is an associate in the corporate practice group. She has extensive experience in reviewing and drafting various commercial contracts and agreements, i.e. international commercial contracts, construction contracts, lease contracts, etc. She also has experience in the assistant company secretary field i.e. preparing minutes of meetings, invitations and agenda for AC and BOD meetings.
