Tanadee Pantumkomon

Tanadee has a broad range of experience, spanning labor, tax, pharmaceutical law, medical law, cannabis law and transactional law. He regularly advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, project finance, power projects, petroleum developments, and has worked on litigation in the telecommunications sector. His work on petroleum, mining, and construction contracts has given him a deep understanding of Thailand’s environmental laws. He also has expertise in taxation and has worked with clients on matters related to land taxes, customs duties, and tax planning for engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contracts. He regularly lectures at various academic institutions, including Chulalongkorn University and Prince Songkla University.
