Biography

Thamolwan is an associate in the intellectual property group. She handles clients IP portfolios and provides legal advice to both international and domestic clients regarding trademark and patent registration in Thailand. She dedicates her legal practice to trademark prosecution and litigation and assists her clients by conducting trademark searches, handling new trademark filings, analyzing office actions, providing legal advice to overcome different objections from trademark examiners, drafting and reviewing contracts, and handling other trademark-related matters.

Prior to working as an associate at ILAWASIA Co., Ltd., Thamolwan gained valuable experience as an associate at an international intellectual property law firm, where she worked closely with experienced lawyers on matters across Thailand trademark. She is a young legal practitioner who continues to provide clients with guidance on trademark-related procedures in Thailand and she is also active in supporting our team.
