Biography

Thanapha Phetkeereeskul is an associate in intellectual property group. She has comprehensive knowledge of and extensive experience in intellectual property, especially trademark. She handles both domestic and international trademark portfolio management including registration, opposition, cancellation, drafting an appeal, recordal projects and renewal.

Highlight Representation

  • Advised one of Thai well-know skincare and consumer goods public company, and its affiliates on management of IP Portfolio including register and maintain of their Trademarks across multiple jurisdictions globally and file response to the office actions in Thailand, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Monitored and managed IP Portfolio of one of Thai restaurant chain; and assisted client to renew of Trademark, to record of name and address change, and to attend the registration stage for Trademark in Thailand.
  • Advised one of Thai medical and pharmaceutical company on monitoring and management of IP portfolio including renewal of Trademark in various countries.
  • Represented a Thai deep‑tech smart home company in filing a design patent application in Thailand, and complementing the client’s existing invention patent.
  • Drafted technical specifications, prepared drawings and 3D mechanical schematics, and submitted petty patent filings in both Thailand and China on behalf of an industrial cleaning technology company.‍
