Mr. Vicheka Lay advises domestic and foreign clients, especially the multi-national corporations on all aspects of laws and regulations, relating to investing in and doing business in Cambodia, including registration, investment licensing, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), setting up special economic zone, intellectual property, corporate, tax compliance and settlement, as well as offshore banking.
Mr. Lay has also advised on M&A matters for the gaming, financial and the telecommunication sectors. He used to serve as an advisor to Cambodia’s general consulate in Chongqing, Mainland China, as an e-commerce consultant for Cambodia’s Ministry of Commerce, and as the legal manager for garment factories in Cambodia.

Miss. Cheang Huyching is a legal associate at law, admitted to practice Intellectual Property law in Cambodia. As a Trade Mark legal associate, her role regularly advises on trade mark law and acts as an agent for the purpose of applying for and obtaining trade mark registrations. Her role also assist clients in selecting new trademarks and ensuring that the chosen trade mark is both capable and available for registration. Moreover, she practices as an assistant for legal advices on contract matter for the sale purchase agreement and dispute solution.
