On 17th August 2024, attorney Vicheka Lay, Partner of ILAW Cambodia Law Office, participated in the Cambodia HR Summit 2024 and witnessed the MOU signing ceremony between Singapore’s Sequoia Group and MR Training and Jobs Center Co., Ltd.
