Saowaluck’s stint in Intellectual Property law spans two decades. After co-heading the IP Practice Group of a high-profile, well-respected Thai law firm, Saowaluck went on to oversee the Thailand operations of a multinational IP firm, managing several key client accounts in both positions. Her profound understanding of the Thai legal system and practice is only equalled by her steadfastness where clients’ business needs are concerned. A registered Thai Patent Attorney and a registered Thai Notary Public fluent in both English and Thai, Saowaluck has twenty years of experience in handling and managing a broad range of IP matters, from trademark prosecution to patent enforcement, for clients in all shapes and sizes. Chananya Yongmunkongkul is an associate in the corporate practice group. She has extensive experience working with corporate transaction, foreign business license, investment promotion, real estate, drafting and reviewing various commercial contracts i.e. shareholder agreement, licensing agreement, entertainment production agreement and employment agreement. She also has experience in the intellectual property matters for both domestic and international clients.
Nattaya is senior associate in intellectual property group. She has comprehensive knowledge of intellectual property matters i.e. patent, design, petty patent, trademark and copyright. For trademark matters, she handles both Thailand and overseas trademark portfolio management including registration, opposition, cancellation, drafting an appeal and sending cease-and-desist letters. She is highly experienced in patent matters as well, mainly focuses on filing and prosecution of patent, particularly PCT national phase application and national application, petty patent and design. Furthermore, she also has extensive experience in reviewing designs drawing. Her expertise is also including copyright matters, she provides advice on copyright registration in Thailand. Presently, she assists both Thai and foreign clients on IP prosecutions and enforcement including sending C&D letters.

Miss. Cheang Huyching is a legal associate at law, admitted to practice Intellectual Property law in Cambodia. As a Trade Mark legal associate, her role regularly advises on trade mark law and acts as an agent for the purpose of applying for and obtaining trade mark registrations. Her role also assist clients in selecting new trademarks and ensuring that the chosen trade mark is both capable and available for registration. Moreover, she practices as an assistant for legal advices on contract matter for the sale purchase agreement and dispute solution.
Patthariya is an associate in intellectual property group. She has comprehensive knowledge of and extensive experience in intellectual property, especially trademark. She handles both domestic and international trademark portfolio management including registration, opposition, cancellation, drafting an appeal, recordal projects and renewal.
Yontita Srimawin is an associate in the litigation and arbitration practice group. He has extensive experience on advising clients concerning to the legal and jurisdiction of criminal and civil case including legal execution.
Vanisha is an associate in corporate and commercial practice group. She has an experience in various areas, i.e. Company Registration and the matters that related to Company Registration, VAT Registration, Business
Licenses, Legal Opinion Letter, Legalization Services, Research on Corporate and Commercial Law matters. She also has widen experiences on legal advices on corporate registration for the best practices to domestic and international clients.
Piranya is an associate in the corporate group. She has extensive experience in corporate and commercial matters including corporate registration, VAT registration, legalization, immigration and work permit services, business licensing, business investment promotion and commercial contract drafting.
Sneha is an associate in the corporate practice group. She has extensive experience in corporate and commercial matters including corporate registration, VAT registration, immigration and work permit services, business licensing, business investment promotion, commercial contract drafting and legalization. She also has experience as a legal translator.
Kittisak is a Paralegal in the litigation and arbitration practice group. He advises on domestic and international disputes in both civil and criminal matters including civil cases, criminal cases, labour disputes, bankruptcy, intellectual property, international trade and legal execution.

Somporn has 20 years’ experience for practicing intellectual property for both domestic and overseas clients. Somporn’s experience includes handling contentious and noncontentious trademark prosecution, giving advice on protection of other intellectual property matters, i.e., copyright, trade secret, domain name, geographical indication, patent, trade name, intellectual property enforcement, intellectual property litigation, customs related IP matters, Intellectual Property Management for Small and Medium Enterprises (“SMEs”).
